
Position Description
- Design short- and long-term training strategies
- Conduct TNA by department
- Develop programs for Talent, Leadership, Soft/Technical skills
- Be an internal trainer or select external trainers
- Monitor and evaluate HRD programs (KPI/ROI)
- Develop Career Path, Succession Plan, Competency frameworks
- Promote learning culture with other departments
- Mentor junior HRD staff
Requirements
- Bachelor’s or Master’s in HRD, Organizational Psychology, MBA, or related
- 3+ years in HRD
- Skilled in TNA and training program design
- Knowledge of Competency, Career Path, and Succession Planning
- Public speaking or external trainer coordination skills
- HRIS or LMS experience is a plus
