  • Design short- and long-term training strategies
  • Conduct TNA by department
  • Develop programs for Talent, Leadership, Soft/Technical skills
  • Be an internal trainer or select external trainers
  • Monitor and evaluate HRD programs (KPI/ROI)
  • Develop Career Path, Succession Plan, Competency frameworks
  • Promote learning culture with other departments
  • Mentor junior HRD staff

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s or Master’s in HRD, Organizational Psychology, MBA, or related
  • 3+ years in HRD
  • Skilled in TNA and training program design
  • Knowledge of Competency, Career Path, and Succession Planning
  • Public speaking or external trainer coordination skills
  • HRIS or LMS experience is a plus
