Position Description
- Analyze requirements and communicate with users and related teams
- Prepare documentation: BRD, SRS, SDS, API Specification
- Create flow diagrams such as Sequence, Data Flow, Use Case, ER Diagram, Flow Chart
- Understand SDLC and Agile/Scrum methodologies
- Possess problem analysis and systematic problem-solving skills
- Coordinate with PM, UX/UI, developers, testers, and users
- Basic understanding of User Experience (UX)
- 5+ years of work experience
Key Responsibilities
- Gather and analyze user requirements
- Prepare BRD, SRS, SDS, and API Spec documents
- Design end-to-end flow diagrams for the system
- Coordinate with all parties involved in the system
- Plan and design systems based on SDLC and Agile principles
- Recommend UX improvements
- Provide technical consultation to the development team and system users
