
Position Description
- Source and select candidates for internal roles
- Post job ads on LinkedIn, JobThai, Facebook, Website, etc.
- Screen resumes, schedule interviews, coordinate with teams
- Prepare hiring documents: offer letters, contracts
- Support HR events: Job Fairs, Internships, Employer Branding
- Update applicant database
- Perform other tasks as assigned
Requirements
- Bachelor’s in HR, Psychology, Management, or related
- People-oriented and good communicator
- Skilled in recruitment tools like LinkedIn Recruiter, Job Boards
- Good interpersonal and teamwork skills
- HR internship/work experience is a plus
